The Centers for Disease Control gathers information from all states on incidence of cancer, both men and women, including all types of cancer. From 1999-2009, these cities, states, and countries were rated the highest in incidents of overall cancer:

Las Vegas, NV
Indianapolis, IN
Columbus, OH
Birmingham, AL

Baltimore, MD
St. Louis, MO

Highest by State:
Connecticut, Kentucky, Delaware, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Maine, New York, Louisiana, Iowa, New Jersey.

* The U.S. has the 7th highest cancer rate in the world. According to the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) in Washington, D.C., this is because more Americans are obese, don't exercise, and drink more alcohol than people in other parts of the world.
